TradePilot Pty Ltd, trading as TradePilot, respects your privacy. This policy applies when you visit our website, contact us, request a demo or use TradePilot products and services.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, business and contact details; information submitted through enquiries, support or onboarding; account and permission details; billing and subscription information; platform records entered by authorised users; communications with us; and technical website information such as IP address, browser, device and pages visited.

How information is collected and used

We collect information directly from you, from an organisation that manages your TradePilot access, through use of our website and platform, and from connected service providers where permitted. We use it to operate and improve TradePilot, respond to enquiries, manage accounts and subscriptions, provide onboarding and support, maintain security, process administration, meet legal obligations and communicate relevant product or service information.

Customer-controlled platform data

A business using TradePilot may control information entered by its staff, contractors and administrators. That organisation may determine what is entered, who can access it, how it is used and how long it is retained. Where appropriate, privacy requests about employer-controlled information may be directed to that organisation.

Website forms and communications

When you submit a website form, we use the details provided to respond, arrange a demo, answer questions and follow up on your request. You may opt out of marketing communications, although we may still send important account, service, billing or security notices.

Disclosure and service providers

We may disclose information to authorised staff and contractors, your account owner or administrator, hosting and technology providers, communications and support providers, billing providers, professional advisers, insurers and authorities where required or permitted by law. Some providers may store or process information outside Australia. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect information through measures such as access controls, authentication, role-based permissions, encryption where appropriate, logging, backups and monitoring. No internet service is completely secure. We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, support customers, maintain records, resolve disputes and meet legal or operational obligations.
